I recommend Dr. Rubin as a gynecological oncologist at University of Pennsylvania Hospital. I am a patient of his group and received great care and guidance during my diagnosis and hysterectomy. I felt very comfortable with the recommendations and surgery. He is subdued and shy, but what matters is that he is one of the best surgeons in his field at one of the best hospitals in the country.

This Onc/Gyn surgeon is EXCELLENT. Go to the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania website. He has been voted top doc in the US. He specializes in onc/gyn cancers. Research and so much more. He performed my hysterectomy and it was a very positive experience. His nurses are great. He is kind, gentle, diligent, and understanding. He does a lot of research besides surgery. I couldn't ask for more.
