I was a patient of Dr. Sparks who retired, and he recommended Dr. Binder. Doctor Binder has been great and performed my last 2 c-sections. In fact he assisted Dr. Sparks on my first c-section as well (I've had 3). Like the other reviewer said, he is short and to-the-point. Don't mistake that for lack of concern. He is very compassionate and listens to all of your concerns. He's a great doctor and I would recommend him to anyone.

Though Dr. Binder is short and to the point, his expertise and compassion for women and their health issues make him a wonderful doctor and surgeon. Also, his team, especially his understanding and patient nurse Karen, make visit doable.
I recently had a hysterectomy performed by him at Woman's Hospital. Even though I am young (26), Dr. Binder listened to my plight, tried EVERYTHING, and when all failed was open yet sensitive about the idea of a hysterectomy.
If you have found no answers or just need a good gynocologist, I highly recommend Dr. William Binder at Woman's Hospital in Baton Rouge.
