Approximately five to six years ago, I went for my yearly pap smear. The was the beginning of my nightmare. What I found so frustrating was no one was willing to explain to me what was going on with my body. I was scared and felt all alone. I was referred to Dr. Boardman, and from the first moment I knew that I was in good hands. I have had a few surgeries and have been recently told that there were more suspious spots. However, Dr. Boardman has always explained to me in great detail what was going on with me and I fully understand my situation. If feel blessed that she is my doctor. She is compassionate, caring, and a very intelligent doctor!!! I will make sure I tell her in June. Debbie

I was referred to Dr. Boardman by NCI. She is absolutely fabulous. On my first visit, she took time over an hour to get to know me and explain my condition to me. Before seeing her, I had seen 2 other doctors and recieved little or no information. I was told was that you have to have chemo because that is the way it is. Dr. Boardman went over my options with me. When I opted not have chemo, she was very understanding. She continues to treat me and takes time every visit to listen to me. If anyone needs a caring, cheerful, and friendly physician, Dr. Boardman is the one for you.
