Dr. Ellis has been my gyn. for over 20 years. I have only been pregnant one time and it ended in miscarriage. Four years ago, my husband and I adopted a precious baby boy. After many years of literal pain and agony, the decision was finally made to have a hysterectomy. Being a nurse, I wanted a TAH, so that he could inspect everything while he was in there! However, after several consultations with Dr. Ellis, I saw that he was correct and unless otherwise necessary, a diagnostic lap. and TVH would be appropriate and achieve what we both wanted. This week, he did just that and "delivered" my uterus vaginally as planned. I am certainly glad he took the time to explain the procedures and options. I even have photo's for the scrapbook!
Dr. Ellis is a very experienced and caring physician. I highly recommend him to everyone.
