She takes the time to explain things and does not push her ideas on you. Also she does not push unnecessary procedures that would only be a short term fix. I would recommend her to anyone who has a doctor phobia and puts off going to any doctor for this reason, I would recommend Dr. Nelson because she is very calming and helps ease your fears. She was one of the first doctors I saw when I moved to Kalispell because I needed a biopsy done and she took the time to explain what was going on and to ease any fears I had about the painfulness of it, and also how soon the results would be back, and from then on I made sure she was the only ob/gyn I saw for any of my female issues. I am now seeing her as my gyn surgeon to do a full hysterectomy by the daVinci robot, and I have complete faith in her.
