I found Dr. Marin (THANK GOD), when I first moved to the Albany area 15 years ago, she has made me feel like I am her only patient. I had a tough time getting pregnant and when it finally happened she was genuinely excited for me, she is a real person. At every visit she takes the time to answer your questions and go over your exam!

I have been a patient of Dr. Marin's for close to seventeen years. There are no words to say to express my respect and graditude for this woman/Doctor. Dr. Marin has given me hope when I had none, she is honest compassionate and a great Doctor all IN ONE! She gave me the faith I needed to believe in myself when I wanted to get pregnant at forty (and yes I do have a beautiful three year old daughter). Dr. Marin, will always take the time to speak to you and will always write a personal letter after a visit if need be. Dr. Marin doesn't just focus on the physical body, she knows that the emotional soul is just as important , if not more when treating a patient. I can't stress how lucky you would be to have her as a doctor.

An absolutely wonderful, experienced, compassionate, sincere physician. What a find! Dr. Marin may be practicing "GYN only" now, however, she was about the "Total Me"; teaching me so many things I never knew about my body! Turning 40 is scary to me, and she took the time to explain all of the changes that are going on with my body, and addressed ALL of my medical concerns, including heavy bleeding, etc., Additionally, she taught me how to relax, and using breathing techniques that help with the daily stresses us women face. She understands them and gives practicle advice and gives you the time you need in her exam room - she truly makes you feel like you are her only patient! Her office is BEAUTIFUL, spotless, and extremely relaxing - I highly recommend this exceptional practice - the staff is wonderful and very accommodating!

Dr. Marin is only a gyn. She no longer practices OB. However, she is a compassionate, kind woman. She puts you to ease as soon as you meet her. Being examined by Dr. Marin is as relaxing as having coffee with a good friend. I had a horrible time with bleeding. Dr. Marin did all she could before suggesting an endometrial ablation. When the ablation did not help me, I had to have a hysterectomy. Dr. Marin is a woman of great faith and when I asked if we could pray before the surgery, she took the time to pray with me. I have recommended Dr. Marin to family and friends, young and old alike. She is a remarkable woman and physician!!
