Dr. 'Boo' as she goes by, is a childrens neurologist at Childrens Hospital San Diego. Dr. Boo sees my daughter for a head injury that she sustained more than a year ago and she has been wonderful. Originally we had been seeing a different doctor that although was very knowledgable, was not really listening and meeting our needs. Dr. Boo was extremely helpful and understanding thru this difficult time. She helped us and guided us when we had no idea what to do next and made us feel that our questions and concerns were important. Even when she was leaving for vacation, she was calling and checking on us as she was packing late that night; advising us on what to do if certain circumstances arised while she was out of town.
Because of this doctor we were able to get answers and a plan of action for our daughter.
It is well-worth the wait for an appointment and I would recommend Dr. Boo to anyone needing child neurology.
