I have been Dr. Stahl's patient since November 2006. He was recommended to me by Dr. Randall Kaump, my ob/gyn, and I am so glad he was. Dr. Stahl did my breast reduction. While I was very embarrassed about how I looked, he made my first appointment much easier and those after as well. He did such a great job with my surgery. Everytime I call him he gets back to me within a half hour, if not sooner and has never made me feel like my questions or concerns were stupid or not worthy of discussing. I never feel rushed when I am in his office or on the phone with him. Over the past few months I have gained a lot of respect for him both as a person and a doctor and hope to be able to work side by side with him once I get my nursing degree; he is more than my doctor, he is my mentor. We have also found that we have a very dear friend in common, which is nice. If ever I needed a plastic surgeon for myself or my family I would call him immediately, without hesitation. Also he was recently appointed head of Plastic Surgery at Yale.
