Dr. Scruggs is a WONDERFUL doctor!!! She delivered all three of my children (all by C-section) and each experience was great! She is very caring and shows a great amount of concern for her patients. Dr. Scruggs always listens to my concerns and answers my questions to the best of her ability. She has a truly wonderful bedside manner and is very sweet natured. I highly recommend Dr. Scruggs - you will love her!
