I had very extensive shoulder surgery on September 8, 2006. Dr. Thacher is an excellent sports orthopedic medicine doctor who has operated on many famous sports people. I have had a very difficult recovery but through it all he has been very compassionate and understanding. He is very patient and warm and I do not know anyone who wouldn't like to have them as their doctor.
