Dr Kephart is so very kind and down-to-earth. He is helping me through a very rough time, and his compassion is very apparent and appreciated. He listens, and takes the time to HELP you understand. He is not afraid to tell you he doesn't know an answer to a queston, but then makes sure he finds out and responds.
