Dr. Ritter really knows his stuff. He was treating me for PCOS, hemmorage, and uterine prolapse.He is my regular ob/gyn and my sugeon. He removed my uterus, cervix, both ovaries, and fallopean tubes. He is knowledgeable, friendly, and has a great bed side manner. He took the time to consult with me individually when we discussed scheduling my hysterectomy the first time. He wanted to make sure that my husband was at the pre-op appointment so that he could make sure his questions were answered. He gave valuable information to both my husband and myself about what a lot of women do experience physically and emotionally after the surgery. He made a personal call to my house after my surgery to check on me about a week afterwards. He took the time to listen and address all of my questions. He made sure that the day of surgery, he took the time to make sure I did not have any additional questions before he began the surgery. He even has a great sense of humor and got my husband and I giggling at the pre-op appointment. This helped to ease our stress and tension. He took the time to walk us through the entire process of what would be expected of me to do the night before and morning of the surgery. At the pre-op appointment, he took the time to call over to the hospital while we were sitting with him to find out what antibiotics he would need to prescribe for the surgery as I am allergic to the primary antibiotic that is usually prescribed. He is available for questions and concerns. He takes care of medications called in to the pharmacy very quickly. His office is great at returning calls and making sure paperwork is done quickly and timely. They made sure that I knew ahead of time who to call for questions from the hospital. The office ran my insurance and called me ahead of time to make sure that I knew how much money I would be responsible for and would need to bring with me to the pre-op appointment. He made sure that when I left my pre-op appointment, I had my prescriptions for my pain pills, estrogen, and sleeping pills. I had my post op appointment scheduled before I left his office. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a doctor for their ob/gyn, an ob/gyn surgeon, or even a second opinion. He listens, and makes you feel comforted. There is no question to small and you are not an inconvience to him. He is an amazing doctor. I can't say enough good about him.

Dr. Ritter is the only ob-gyn that has ever listened and persisted until he found the cause of my issues. He delivered my daughter, and has taken extraordianary care of me. Dr Ritter is a specialist(in knowledge if not in title) in in fertility, and the best surgeon ive ever dealt with. Through miscarriage, fibroids, and endometriosis Dr. Ritter has held my hand through it all.

I have been seeing Dr. Ritter now for over 20 years. He is the best doctor ever!! He has delivered both my children. When my son was born prematurely at 25 wks, he made sure that the top doctors where there before I delivered to ensure that my son had the best care on hand. He talked me through the entire procedure and the after care was awesome. You will never find a more caring physician than Dr. Ritter and his staff is excellent!! He truly cares about his patients and you do not feel like a number coming through the door, you feel like a person who is cared for from the minute you walk in. My family LOVES Dr. Ritter and I would never change doctors!!!

Dr. Ritter delivered my twins 6 years ago and I still see him for regular check ups. He is a very caring, professional, and knowledgeable physician. He takes the time to listen to his patients' concerns and will sit and talk with them.
When I was pregnant with the twins, he gave me the very best care, and when I had complications, he immediately took the appropriate actions to ensure the well being of my little ones. He even came to the hospital at 1 in the morning to check on me. He is the most caring and knowledgable physician I have ever had.

Dr. Ritter has been my doctor since 1986 and he has seen me through fibroid tumors, bleeding ovaries, cervical issues, a bleeding duct in my breast and more. He is the most careing, thoughtful doctor I have had the pleasure of seeing. He listens and strives to reach solutions that are medically sound but also in keeping with your own personal desires. He really cares.

I saw Dr. Ritter for the first time for a Well Woman exam. He entered the room prior to my exam, sat down and actually talked to me. He was taking notes, but everytime I spoke, he stopped and actually LOOKED AT ME while I was talking. When he was sure I was finished, then and only then, did he go back to note taking. After my exam (which was extremely gentle) I was asked to meet him in his office. Once in there, he picked up that I had other issues going on...emotionally. He asked about it..and of course I spilled my guts. Stressful job, crumbling personal relationship, my sister was dying..the whole world coming down on me. He immediately began to refer me to someone that could help and gave me a title of a book to pick up in the interim. I accredit my current now stable state of mind to this man who stepped up and stepped out to help me. I would highly recommend Dr. Jack Ritter to anyone!

Dr. Ritter is just wonderful. He listens to his patients because he believes that you know your body. After my hysterectomy I actually asked him if he really did it. I never bleed and I have not had one single bad day since. I also had a tummy tuck at the same time so he coordinated with my plastic surgeon and of course my tummy hurt from that surgery. He cares and almost always takes you into his office after your visit to discuss any issues. Even if you don’t have any, he takes you in to make sure all is ok. I am picky about my doctors. If the make me feel like they are just herding cattle, they are not for me. Dr. Ritter makes you feel like you are the only one. He is the best gynecologist that I have ever had.
