Dr Snowden is a very GREAT doctor! She has excellent manners. Each time you have an appointment she makes you feel like you're part of the family b/c she addresses you by name not just as another patient. She takes the time to explain any condition or findings and answers any questions that you may have. The team is also wonderful. They are patient, polite, and professional. The office setting is wonderful. They offer you the option to schedule your appt on the days she's avail, not just work ups with another (strange unfamiliar) doctor.

I developed chicken pox during my last trimester (imagine a grown, preggo woman, miserable with pox). They took care of me from beginning to end during my condition. IF you have any problems or concerns, the nurse on call is avail AFTER HOURS (keep in mind that any nurse you talk to have seen you in office before). Every doctor at Henderson & Walton has their own nurse assigned for a more personal atmosphere. Ultrasounds are done in house. They DON'T make you wait and see another dept or division of the hospital.

I had one child and if I was to have another one...DR BETH SNOWDEN &TEAM IS WHO I WOULD WANT TO HAVE DELIVER!

Dr. Snowden has been GREAT to work with. After I lost my 1st baby at 19 weeks I was crushed. Throughout my pregnancy, I constantly called my 1st OB/GYN's office with lower abdomen or back cramps. I was always told by the attending doctor to take a tylenol, and that the pain was probably not as bad as I thought. Most of my visits consisted of a urinalysis and a weigh in only. One day the pain in my lower back was unbearable, and was accompanied with bleeding. So I called my dr, and I was told to come in. Dr. checked me and was about to send me home, until I asked her would she mind checking me; I had dialated 3 cm. Can you imagine full labor and no baby....
After about 4 months of my loss, I came across Henderson Walton Women's Center in Birmingham, AL online. After reading all of the credentials of the doctors, I knew that the next time the I got pregnant that I would have to contact Ms Elizabeth. As fate would have it, I was pregnant about 2 months later. Of, course I called to schedule an appointment with Dr. Snowden. She made her own diagnosis to perform a cervical cerlage on me. The first 8-10 weeks was scary b/c I spotted a few times. Scared me to death! I was detemined to do anything to save this baby, and so was Dr. Snowden and Team.
I am now 27 weeks, and every time that I come in for a visit or call in they THOROUGHLY check me. She has good, no EXCELLENT bed side manners. She is incredibly sweet. I cannot imagine having chose a better doctor. She is a work horse, and always appears SO dedicated to her work. I love that about her.
Henderson Walton has picked a great woman, but honestly the whole team is AMAZING!!!
Dr. Snowden, if you read this thank your parents and family for creating and being in the presence of a phenomenal woman. I had to let people know about you.
