Office is clean and very kid appealing. Dr. Epstein meets with expecting parents before the baby is born to let parents know what to expect which is helpful when you are a first time parent. He has Saturday hours at least once a month and night hours (until 7 pm) a couple times a week. That helps parents who can't take time off of work. And you are almost always going to get in that day to see the doc if your little on is sick. My own doctor doesn't do that! Patients charts are all electronic, so no papers with vital info to get lost. And transferring is easy. My daughter has been going to him since she was born. He always has time to answer my questions and the nursing staff can always triage my daughters symptoms over the phone while I am on vacation. It's also good to know he employes a female nurse practioner for those older girls who might feel more comfortable discussing female issues with another female. Oh and I love the electronic prescription - I don't have to take a paper prescription to the pharmacy and wait to get it filled and risk loosing the script. He sends the script electronically during the visit, which saved me time. I have to say that as a first time mom, I am very pleased!
