I chose Dr. Suri for both my elderly parents after many experiences with other doctors, and based on what I read about her on the internet.

She is a very caring, trustworthy, and experienced dedicated professional who actually listens to what the family member may say, and ask about their loved one's care, and makes appropriate recommendations. When you need an answer, and you call to her office, she often responds very timely. Moreover, she treats her elderly patients with respect by actually talking to them while in the examining room or other environment despite whether they may have some diminished capacity.

One of my parents has Alzheimer's, the other Parkinson's. While other doctor's may have written my parent's off, Dr. Suri perseveres to the best of her ability to maintain a quality of life. I often think that if it had not been for her during some crucial times , my parents would have been gone a long time ago.

While each family has different expectations of a doctor for their loved one or parent, Dr. Suri surpassed my expectations. I do not delude myself concerning the effects of my parents' individual disease so I know I will not win the war but with the Doctor's help, maybe I will be fortunate to win a few battles.

I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Suri for geriatric care.
