He has always been a good listener. I am a true texan and speak my mind and he has always laid out ALL my options. He has always given 100%. If he isn't sure, he will look it up. And he is up to date on the newest research.
He delivered my second child and has performed two surgeries, the last being the complete hysterectomy. I have NEVER regreted that decision.
He has ALWAYS made me feel that he was on my side in trying to reach any goal.
He has treated me for endometriosis for the last six years. I have been to a few dozen OBGYN's, he is by far the BEST.

I was seen by numerous doctors in San Antonio and was put off over and over again for surgery and almost bleed to death from fybroids. I happen to meet Dr. Murphree when I was brought into the emergency room in Round Rock and I needed a GYN since I was new to this area. I was blessed to have him perform my full hysterectomy, he knew what he was doing, very thorough. He left no stone unturned to try to figure out what was wrong with me, even had the chief of surgery in the operating room to assist him in case they found something else wrong with me that didn't pertain to GYN. From arrival to the ER to the surgery table was less than six hours. Dr. Murphree explained everything before and after the operation. He told me how the operation went and what they found and what they had to do. On my followup, he was very patient, calm,and friendly and answered all questions. His staff is super. My husband used to be a paramedic for 10 years and was very impressed with this doctor, the staff and the hospital. He gets an A+ in his book and he doesn't trust doctors. I had my operation 1-1/2 years ago. I feel great. I will continue seeing Dr. Murphree, because i completely trust him and his staff.

Wonderful doctor. Performed my full vaginal hysterectomy in August. Very thorough with explaining everything both pre and post op. Drew pictures and allowed me to ask numerous questions. Dr. Murphree has a very calming manner. He is professional, but friendly at the same time. I never felt rushed or like a "number". Would highly recommend.
