I absolutely LOVE Dr. Boatwright! Not only is she an excellent doctor and surgeon but she is easy to talk to and a great listener. She gives you the feeling that you are talking with a family member instead of a doctor. I have been her patient since 1999 and can not imagine not having her as my doctor. She is the cause of my Grave's disease diagnosis before it became problematic in other health issues. She also diagnosed my fibroids and performed the surgery with no complications.

I have been a patient of Dr. Boatwright for many years. She was able to diagnose my fibroid tumors and poly cystic ovarian syndrome as the cause of my pelvic pain when other doctors told me I was fine. She took the time to not only figure out the problem but surgically corrected the problem. Although she was drop dead tired as I was the last procedure of the day, she showed her face that night after surgery to let me know things went well. Shes smart, honest, frank and is a great surgeon. So if there's a wait in the waiting room its worth it because youre getting one of Illinois' best docs. As for her staff they answer your questions and call you back and truly what more can you ask for?

I would highly recommend any woman to becaome a patient of DR. Patricia Boatwright .she is caring , honest ,sweet and most of all she is a beautiful person. i thank her so much for what she done for me i will be ever so grateful to her. GOD BLESS HER.

I am so pleased I have finally located a Dr. , Dr. Boatwright, a professional, that looks me in the eye, squarely while we discuss my health in terms I clearly can understand. The doctor will draw a picture if needed, and is very positive, no phoney, baloney, the Doctor clearly has a passion for her profession and the clients she serves. I am encouraged, thanks to her encouragement.

I have been a patient of Dr. Boatwright's for over 4 years. She delivered my first daughter and will be delivering my second child this spring. I have been very happy with Dr. Boatwright. I tend to be a nervous person and her demeanor is fantastic for keeping me calm. She is very straightforward and personable and is good at answering questions in layman's terms. I have also been very happy with the nurses at the office who are also very personable and responsive.

The only thing that could be improved upon is the management of the office. There are often long wait times and a couple of times when I have had to reschedule (over the phone) it hasn't gotten written in the book and I have shown up for an appointment to be told that I didn't have an appointment. I have learned to call and confirm my appointment the day before.

Doctor Boatwright made me feel comfortable and is straight forward with her diagnosis. She was able to diagnosis endometriosis from a hand exam and later confirmed by laparoscopy. I had seen my other doctor for ten years and neither ever mentioned endo, she knew in one minute. She is also cautious and honest regarding woman’s chances of conceiving. Her demeanor is relaxed which I like and stern, she will not allow you to drive yourself nuts! Neither will Pam her awesome surgical nurse.

Dr. Boatwright is an excellent doctor. Unfortunately it seems that there are times when her schedule is quite busy so it can seem as if your rushed to explain your symptoms or why you are there for your appointment.
She performed my Total Hysterectomy about 6 years ago. I do feel good much better after having gone through this procedure but I wish that someone would have given me more warning about how much more prone I would become to depression. I would reccommend her to other potential patients.
Again, I would also reccommend that she warn her patients about the potential side effects of having a hysterectomy done.

I had gone to doctors for over 3 years with my symptoms, including the top hospital in the Chicago area ( Northwestern) and had been told that it was all in my head. My manager at work (a man) referred me to Dr. Boatwright. She not only listened to me but found what my problem was, endometriosis (sp). I sat on her table and cried like a baby, just relieved that somebody was actually validating that there was indeed something wrong with me. She did my hysterectomy and I have been pain free ever since. She is a wonderful doctor and I would recomend her to any woman.
