I have been a patient of Dr. Dausch for many years. I can not say enough good things about her. She is the most caring Dr that I have ever come across. Every time I have been to see her, she makes you feel that you are her only patient. She remembers details of conversations from past appointments and takes her time to get to know you. I have never felt like just a number. I feel that this is very important quality for a good Dr. She will take her time and explain everything to you and gets you involved in your treatment. I also never feel rushed with her. She will sit in the chair and talk to you at eye level and she will not leave the room until all of your questions are answered. (I have been to other Dr's who have one foot in the hallway trying to leave in mid conversation)

Her personality is very down to earth and she is very easy to talk to. She has a special way to make you feel at ease, even with the most personal questions that you may have.

I first met her 9 years ago when I was pregnant with my 2nd child. Since that time, I have actually liked going for my annual pap just to see her! She preformed a diagnostic laproscopic surgery for me.During my follow up appointment we talked about the diagnosis and she even showed me the pictures. Together we eventually made the decision to have the DaVinci hysterectomy. She gave me all the information and did not pressure me at all.We talked about every possible treatment and went over all my options. She understands that it is your body and she is there to educate and guide you and she will help you with the most difficult decisions. During my decision making process, she always returned my phone calls and answered every question that I had. Her follow up care is fantastic. She will even call you at home just to make sure you are doing OK and again will offer to answer any questions.

The only down side is that she does tend to book up quickly. If you have an emergency, they will get you in, but for routine appointments, you will want to call a few weeks in advance.
