I was referred to Dr. Lowe by my gynecologist. After a D&C, it was discovered I had endometrial cancer. Dr. Lowe scheduled my first consultation 5 days after my initial call to his office. He and his staff of oncology nurses and assistants were so very encouraging, calmed my fears and explaining the entire DaVinci surgery to me. Dr. Lowe is a wonderful, caring doctor who has always made me feel at ease, hopeful for the future and has always taken the time during my visits to encourage me that all was well and I would recover fully. His warm nature and wonderful smile is so welcomed during this emotional time, I can't imagine NOT having him as my oncology/gynecologist. His experience as a leading surgeon in the DaVinci method was so very reassuring going into my surgery, and my recovery time was on schedule with no complications. He and his staff were always there to answer any and all questions I had once I came home from the hospital, answering my calls and questions within an hour of talking to his oncology nurse. He personally called me at home after my pathology results were in after surgery, and spoke to me for quite awhile, never making me feel rushed or like I was imposing on his time.
I can truly say I would recommend Dr. Lowe to any woman in the Chicago area, or the Illinois/Indiana area, wholeheartedly. He is a wonderful, wonderful doctor, with amazing skills, extremely kind and caring, and an expert in his field of DaVinci surgery.
