Dr. Brooks was able to diagnose me within a week when many other doctors could not. He was gentle and caring about my condition. He listened to what I had to say and was informative about finding more information. I would recommend him to anyone because he is one of the best!

Dr. Brooks has been my Dr. since Jan 1995. He has treated my Pancreatitis since then. He has been by my side every step of the way. I have had more hospitalizations than I care to think about. Some of those hospitalizations were for as long as three months each time. He was always there, with a smile and a kind word. In 2004 after coming close to death, Dr. Brooks suggested a surgery that was brand new to the South East. He researched it, spoke with the Drs. that would be involved and started the ball rolling. I owe my life to Dr. Brooks. I am doing better than ever, and haven't had a hospitalization since Nov 2004, four months after surgery! I've told Dr. Brooks he can't retire until I die, and seeing as I hopefully have another 50 years to live, he has a long time ahead of him :).
