Let me start by saying that I have been a bothersome patient. And unlike most physicians these days, Dr. Neiman explained everything, and took time to answer each and every one of my many, many questions. Every few years, I suffer from fluid behind my ear drums, and it makes me completely insane. About 5 years ago, I saw Dr. Neiman for the first time (my ears had been blocked for several months) and I was able to hear after one visit.

This time, I got an infection that caused my eardrum to rupture. I live about 250 miles away now, so I had to see a different doctor. After two visits, and feeling worse each time I saw this new ENT, I decided to make the trip back to Akron to see Dr. Neiman. Unfortunately, draining my ears was not an option, as I had scarring from an ear tube that the previous doctor had put in, and taken out 4 days later. I nearly broke down crying in his office, as the ear fullness and dizziness had kept me awake and unable to eat for the better part of two weeks.

Dr. Neiman seemingly explored every option, and came up with a non-surgical plan to help my ears drain. As someone mentioned before, he seems to try a lot of more natural remedies before just writing a prescription, or preforming surgery. In my opinion, what makes him a great doctor is not just his obvious ability and knowledge, but his bedside manner. He seems to genuinely CARE about his patients, and takes time to address any concerns or fears that he or she may have. He is comforting, experienced, and clearly knows his stuff.

I highly recommend Dr. Neiman for sinus/ear problems -- particularly if you're looking to treat children or someone or someone who is nervous is a medical setting.

Also, the nurse and receptionist are top-notch, friendly people.

With all the dysfunctional immune system dilemma's a woman with endo has to deal with; finding a good allergy doctor can be a challenge.

Dr. Neiman has helped address not only allergies and sensativities I have, but for the last year we have been working to rebuild my immune system through allergy testing; weekly injections; sublingual food drops and diet changes.

Dr. Neiman has made a huge difference in my life this past year. He's very passionate about what he does. He's very kind; very professional and in my opinion - he really knows his stuff. The other awesome thing about Dr. Neiman is that we are treating me with almost no prescription medications. I'm learning about how high levels of candida in our body's can bring such havoc into our lives.

For me - I have been suffering from irritable bowel syndrome for almost 18 years and he is the only person to help bring control back into my life.

When Dr. Neiman recommends certain things to you, it does require a commitment on your part. If you don't put his advice into practice, you won't benefit. BUT - if you hang in there and make the commitment to yourself for your future and better health - oh my gosh is it amazing how better things begin to happen.
