I started seeing Dr. Striplin when I was about half way through my pregnancy for my son in 2005. He gave me wonderful care and delivered my son in a calm and professional manner with out making it impersonal. I recommend him because he is not full of himself, he is very down to earth, and very interested in caring for his patients with a smile and light heart, which is very contaigous. He takes the time to truely listen to you and he speaks with you, not at you. Questions are answered in a timely manner with the most information possible. Compared to all the other doctors I've ever been seen by he is the most professional, trustworthy, honest and personable I have ever encountered.

I have been going to Dr. Striplin since I was 16/17 and that was 9/10 yrs ago. To say he is a excellent doctor is an understatement. He has helped me with many decisions with none I have regreted. When my husband was deployed for both pregnancies and births he didn't hesitate to step up for the remaining part of the care (which was outstanding). That was extremely comforting to me, espcially with how much I trust him with the 2 most important people in my life. Thoughout the years he still has his upbeat attitude and smile that will brighten anyones day. I highly recommend becoming a patient of Dr. Striplin's.

I highly recommend Dr. Striplin as an OB/GYN. He is absolutely the greatest! I have been his patient for only about two years, but in that time he has shown his knowledge. I am a 21 year old trying despirately to get pregnant. ( I know I'm very young to be this serious, but I knew it would take a while...maybe even years)It looks as though this is going to be a grueling journey, but I trust Dr,Striplin completely. He is a very compassionate and concerned physician. He puts himself " in your shoes" when advising you , but allows you to make informed drecisionson your own. He is very helpful and has lots of knowledge in the area of infertility. Being physician is like second nature to him. So, to sum it all up, if your looking for a great OB/GYN...Dr.Striplin is the one!

I recommend Dr. Scott Striplin because he personalizes his service. He takes his time with me during visits and during a difficult decision making process, he did not rush me. Instead, he allowed me to choose my own options based on the information he gave me. He recommended that I try a treatment that I initially did not want to, but eventually had to take. When I returned for the treatmet that he had previously recommended, he did not have the "I told you so attitude". Dr. Striplin puts himself on the level of his patients and becomes a friend, as well as an MD. He's constantly smiling and up beat during my visits. When he performed my surgery, he came by and chatted with me as if we were best friends. He is sincere with his concern about his patients and has a wonderful bedside manner. His office staff is also very helpful. The only problem that I have ever had is trying to contact Dr. Striplin's office because he shuffles himself in-between offices. It would be helpful if it was easier to contact someone by phone. He was recommended by a co-worker who has seen him for years and I would do the same. In fact, I highly recommend him!

I highly recommend Dr. Scott Striplin as an OB/GYN. I receive excellent care from him in general, but it was his actions following a severe and deadly health scare that is so admirable. I contracted an unusually severe case of MRSA infection last May during surgery for a general hysterectomy. It was only because of Dr. Striplin's care and follow-up that I was able to get back in the hospital and have the second surgery to remove the infection and save my life. The infection was caused by the hospital, not the doctor! The hospital didn't adequately follow through with wound care. Dr. Striplin stayed with me all day to make sure I was okay.
Many doctors deliver excellent care and service, but Dr. Striplin served ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure his patient received all necessary care. He was calm and reassuring, yet firm and confident. His patient hours do not begin and end between 8 and 5 -----he is on call for his patients 24/7. I believe that is what makes him such an excellent physician and CARE GIVER.
