An absolutely wonderful caring, and patient doctor. He treated me in the early 90's for endometriosis. I had been seeing another doctor prior to Dr. Scartascini. I was having recurring vaginal infections and bleeding. The doctor treating me kept telling me it was just another infection. I became very frustrated. After speaking with a friend who was a patient of Dr. Scartascini's and loved him, I decided to seek his services. The very first visit he discovered I had a dropped uterus which was the problem all along. He performed a uterine suspension and performed laser surgery to remove cysts. That was 17 years ago and to this day, I have never had another problem. When I was in recover he stopped in to check on me. At that time, he informed me that I was like 100 percent new inside. Those words still stick in my head because that turned out to be absolutely true! He really cares about his clients. He takes the time to sit with you and discuss any of your concerns. My sister is now seeing him and said she really likes him too because he sat with her for a half an hour to talk to her about her issues. He is the kindest, most caring doctor I've ever been too.

As a patient of his for almost 20 years, both as a higher risk multiple birth OB patient or single birth OB patient (I have five children, one twin birth) and as a GYN patient, I have always found him professionally brilliant, caring, thorough and kind; his staff wonderful no matter what the issue.

Doctor Scartascini delivered my baby girl 28 years ago yesterday! I have been seeing him ever since. When he discovered I had fibroids over a year ago while performing a procedure on me, he said we will keep a close eye on them to see if they grow. In the meantime I was having problems with HPV and over the course of the years performed 2 procedures on me to get rid of the precanerous cells. During this time he saw that my fibroids were growing, one was the size of a newborns head! In March of 06 I had a hysterecomy and I am 150% better then I felt in years! Dr. Scartascini talks to his patients, after each examination, he waits for you in his office and discussing everything and anything you want. He does not rush you out for his next patient. I have never had any other doctor that treats me like this. He is the best!
