Dr. Wise is a wonderful doctor..in my opinion a rare find these days!! I had a vaginal hysterectomy, which was promptly followed by a post op infection. I very much have a phobia where doctors are concerned, and she put that at east the very first time I saw her. She is a very caring, compassionate, competent doctor that takes the time to talk to you (not at you), and explain every step of the way what is happening, and what to expect. I never felt like I was rushed in and out of her office...she always came into the office, or hospital room with a smile on her face, genuinely concerned and was always willing to sit and chat. Her personality and bedside manner is outstanding!!!! I can't say enough good things about her!! She practices in Erie, Pa at Lake Erie Womens Center.
