I have seen Dr. Raffy's work as a physician colleague. We share patients together and I have seen the beautiful cosmetic work that he does. His blepharoplasty procedure for eyelids removes extra skin and makes patients years younger with hardly any scarring. He is very meticulous and has excellent bedside manners. He has also operated on my wife and we can both attest to his excellent work.

I had a breast lift and implants by this doctor. He is wonderful, has great bedside manners. He gave me all the options and did the procedure with hardly a visible scar. It is hidden in the nipple line. I love the outcome. Furthermore, he is meticulous.
