I had not had a gyn exam for many years, and went to Dr. Hopkins due to heavy, painful periods. He took extra time with me to explain all the options open to me, and after test results came back, took even more time with me to explore what was best given my situation. He made me feel at ease and he answered every single question I asked -- and I came up with lots of them. I would highly recommend him to anyone, especially for someone who might have had a doctor they felt was gruff or aloof. He was neither of these things.
