I am compelled to write about the amazing experience we had with Dr Zimberg and his entire caring staff and that of the Cleveland Clinic Weston Florida.
My almost 93yr old mother was diagnosed on Nov.13 with cancer.S he was sent to a gyn/oncologist who biopsied her in his office, which left her in pain for days, we were still waiting for final pathology .
It was not until i pleaded with moms primary to please get us results and a second opinion with Dr.Zimberg since it is now Dec. and all the doctors wanted her to begin radiation immediately,and we still had no conclusive results.
with all of the frustration, i sought out help at the Cleveland clinic, explaining my situation, i was able to get an appt. with Dr. Zimberg the following week.
Today we met with this wonderful caring doctor. which is rare in the day and age of the way medicine has become big business.and little to do with compassion for a human life.The Dr, and his staff gave such personal caring treatment.it was hard to believe. Dr. Zimberg examined mom, gave us his opinion, our options, and paying close attention, to what his 93 yr old patient wanted. and he gave us all possible treatments and pro and cons.

Fantastic! Very caring and made you feel that you were not jsut another nuerotic woman!! Gave me some options, but went for the laproscopic hysterectomy. After surgery, saw me at least 3 times a day ( only 2 days in the Cleveland clinic, Weston.) Another plus is the dish of chocolates in his office, I ate loads during the consultation, and Dr Z. did not make me feel guilty.
I have recommended Dr Zimberg to ALL of my girlfriends.

Dr. Zimberg is my Gynocologist and my Surgeon who performed my Hysterectomy at the Cleveland Clinic in Weston, Florida. He specializes in alernatives to Hysterectomy. Mine was a special case as I had a 10 pound Fybroid tumor. We explored various options together and he let me make the final and right decision with his sincere guidance and unbelievable patience. I was very scared about the procedure and by the time I was ready for surgery, he had me so relaxed and calm. Dr. Zimberg is so very caring of his patients and so kind. I highly recommend him.
