I saw Dr. Rolle in 2006 for severe menstrual bleeding. My PCP had told me that frequent, heavy periods were normal as a woman ages (I am only 35)! I went to Dr. Rolle for help because I was getting my period every 3 weeks and was stuck in my house for 2 days at a time. My periods were ruining my life!!! We did one round of Prometrium (which made me loopy and unable to care for my children) and then he talked to me about a hysterectomy. He knew I was done having children and between the heavy bleeding and uterine prolapse (which my PCP had missed), we felt that a hysterectomy was our best option. This man is an amazing surgeon! He is a truly nice man who treats his patients with kindness and respect. He even called my husband the day after my surgery to read him the riot act when I told him the my DH was not being very understanding.
His office is staffed with very nice women. Sometimes the staff is as important as the dr. His staff really took time to answer questions and "hold my hand" while I was waiting for my surgery.
