I have been his patient for 21 years. He takes his time, he listens and explains things thoroughly, answers questions even if you ask them twice.

He is also a gentle man with a smile who makes eye contact with the patient.

Most importantly, Dr. Giles is superbly knowledgeable. He has done 3 colonoscopies and about 20 years ago did an endoscopy. I am in the process of scheduling another endoscopy.
