DR. Szlatenyi is a physician at the Kentucky County Wound Care center. He treats people with chronic wounds, due to injury, diabetes, etc. This is a horrifying position for a patient, but Dr. Steve always manages to make you laugh and keeps your mind off the wound care that he is providing, which is often quite painful. He even researched my condition on his time, to better understand and treat my wounds. I didn't think I would ever heal some of the ulcers, as they were so large and deep. He never failed to not only heal me, but impress me with his manner as well. This man is a gifted doctor and goes well beyond normal patient care. I highly recommend Dr. Szlatenyi to anyone in need of any kind of wound care.
