Dr. Lowe, at Northwestern Memorial/Prentice Women's Hospital is a wonderful, caring, understanding and compassionate gyn/oncologist. I was referred to Dr. Lowe by my reg/gyn last late September, 2010. He performed my Davinci robotic hysterectomy at Prentice.
I can not say enough about Dr. Lowe and his davinci team at Prentice. I had my first consultation appointment with him on a Monday morning, and that Friday morning I was in surgery for my hysterectomy.
One week to the day after my procedure he personally called me at home to explain my pathology report and what his team had deteremined my treatment would be. Which was....nothing! He was able to use the surgery as my treatment for endometrial cancer.
I have always felt that Dr. Lowe, his assistants, and his oncology nurses listened to my concerns...explained everything to my family and me...and never made me feel he was rushed in any way at any of my appointments.
I would highly recommend Dr. Patrick M. Lowe at Prentice to anyone considering a davinci hysterectomy or needing one in place of the traditional open abdomin surgery.
He is a wonderful gynecology oncologist!
