Dr. Pimentel performed a Total Abdominal Hysterectomy and was phenomonal in his pre- and post-op care. He spent as much time during my pre-op appointment as I needed to answer all of my questions. He made sure that I was completely comfortable with all of the answers and knew exactly what to expect the day of my surgery.
During my post-op appointment, Dr. Pimentel removed my staples and did it with a great deal of patience and understanding. He was gentle and reassuring, knowing that I had a great fear of the process.
Overall, during every appointment, I never feel rushed and always leave the office feeling that I've been given all of the information that I requested and usually more. Dr. Pimentel also has a wonderful support staff that is knowledgeable and helpful at every step.
I would highly recommend this Ob/Gyn to anyone in this area. Dr. Pimentel has a great bedside manner and is encouraging and provides a high level of service to all of his patients.
