Having seen many Dr.'s in my life time, I have come to find Dr. Maria Flores-Cooper to be the absolute best for me. She helped us through fertility troubles, and performed my LSO. She explains EVERY thing she is doing in a way that I understand. She says stuff like , "I'm going to touch you here, and you may feel a lot of pressure." When I went for my TAH, Dr. Flores-Cooper could not lead my surgery, but she agreed to assist. having her there made me feel so comfortable. When they were doing my spinal block, she was right in front of me, looking me in the eyes, keeping me calm and explained what it would feel like. My surgeon was busy getting ready, and didn't acknowledge me when he entered the room, but that was ok...the only person I really needed was Dr. Flores-Cooper. She is the Dr. who remembers your procedures, and visits with out even having to look over your file. Her voice is so soothing, her words are so kind, she is understanding, and she is so knowledgeable. I trust this woman with my life...no matter what!
