I came across Dr Warshowksy after reading his amazing book on healing fibroids. I had been suffering from fibroids for over 15 years. Although my case probably required surgery urgently, I convinced Dr Warshowsky to try and correct all the imbalances in my body before embarking on extensive surgery. For 2 years, I worked with Dr Warshowsky on completely changing my diet patterns, improving my digestion, dealing with stress, etc.. He recommended numerous useful books on the mind body connection. I have never met a doctor more caring and attentive who replied to all my emails and questions very promptly. This was very comforting as I was living outside New York. After 2 years, Dr Warshowsky in fact strongly recommended I go for surgery. I did go ahead with a very complicated surgery which took 6 hours and removed over 20 fibroids. However, I had such a smooth and painless surgery and recovery that I am definitely sure that if I had not worked with Dr Warshowsky to prepare physically, mentally and spiritually I would not have had such a successful surgery. Whether you have just discovered you have fibroids or are at a very advanced stage, I honestly recommend consulting with him as surgery is not the only fix you need to make to your body - healing is a journey that needs to start before surgery and continue after. That is because we need to get to the source of what is causing these fibroids to grow in the first place. It is amazing what you might discover about yourself and your body along the way to healing.
