I felt obligated to refer my Dr, Dr Reza Shafee as a Suggested Doctor. He is very skilled in many arenas. He is hands on, compassionate, personable and reassuring as there were no questions of mine unanswered. We met and discussed the procedure before hand and I was able to determine the next step going forward. I decided on the LAVH BS. Surgery was very successful and his aftercare was impeccable. He called me at home, the day after I was released from the hospital. Based on his recommendations for me, regarding iron input, my hemoglobin rose from 8.5 to 12.2 in a month's time. I was anemic pre surgery from heavy bleeding, due to fibroid uterus. I am so happy he is my Dr. I would definitely recommend him to anyone in the Orange, California area.
