I had a big suspicious pelvic mass, and I am so grateful that I was referred to Dr. Muto. His bedside manner is exemplary: straightforward and very kind. He laid out my options clearly so that I didn't have to ask a lot of questions or do a lot of research on my own. His staff made sure all the pre-surgery logistics went smoothly. The surgery went very well. While recovering at home, when I needed to be checked for a possible infection, he saw me on the same day that I called, even though it's a very busy practice. I have no doubt that I have gotten the best treatment possible.

Dr. Muto is the best gynecological oncology surgeon in Boston (and I have had several). He is professional, knowlegeable, extremely kind and a superb surgeon. He works at Dana Farber, but does his surgeries at Brigham and Women's Hospital. I strongly recommend him for complex endometriosis and other gynecological surgical cases. Good luck!
