Ok. Steven & I got off on the wrong foot at first...partly because my perimenopause was in full antagonistic mode; and partly because I was pretty young for it, he had a difficult time believing it was possible that early.

After our initial disagreement, I discovered that Steven actually does listen to his patients; will not prescribe meds when they're not needed; and he will be as thorough as necessary without preforming unnecessary testing.

Dr. Archangeli is the best! He has been my doctor for the past three years, and last year found fibroid tumors. When my pain reached a point that I could not tolerate any longer, it only took phone call and one meeting to schedule surgery. He performed a laparoscopic hyterectomy, and what a great job! It was any easy recovery for me, I was back at work after 2 weeks, and feel back to normal with no pelvic pain after 8 weeks. I would recommend him to anyone in the Minden or Carson City area. He is easy to talk to, listens to every concern or question, and gives you all the answers you need to make decisions. He also has a great sense of humor, which is wonderful. He was very reassuring before surgery, since I had never had any surgeries prior to this. All the nurses and technicians at the medical group love him as well.
