Dr. Taras is the doctor everyone visions. Caring, trusting, responsible and most importantly responsive. As a woman beyond child bearing years with chronic stomach ailments I am constantly reaching out for immediate pain relief for my gyno issues which correlate. I can call his office in the morning, send a pharmacy request, and even though he is out of the country, receives my request, my email to him, and that evening I have my medicine. Of particular help is that I am usually traveling and are not available to come into the office. He is very obliging in knowing that a family member will be picking up the medicine and getting it to me. The attentiveness to care is wonderful. His office staff are extremely responsive to my urgencies.

I wish all doctors were this way. I know I have the best, but I'm willing to share him with anyone he sees.

Dr. Taras is the best! He is the most caring and attentive doctor I have ever had. He helped me tremendously with menopause symptoms, and worked with me every step of the way to find the right treatment to address all my issues. With Dr. Taras, you are always a partner in your own health care. He takes as much time as necessary to address concerns during office visits, and answers all emailed questions promptly. I can't recommend Dr. Taras highly enough!!!

Dr. Taras is not only an amazing Doctor he is an amazing person. Dr. Taras is comforting, friendly and very experinced. When you come into his office his staff is warm and inviting. Dr. Taras treats his patients like they are part of his family. If I have any concerns I can email him and he gets back to me in a very timely manner. I have a real phobia about doctors but Dr. Taras is a real exception!!! Its difficult to find a caring doctor who is not only caring but really good at his profession.

Easily my new favorite doctor! I went in for a routine check up where he was spend a lot of time with me and answered any questions I had! I have since emailed him with follow up questions and he responds in a very timely manner! He is really friendly and knowledgeable. i would definitely recommend him!

Dr. Ian Taras is the most caring doctor and so detail oriented with women's health. He is smart, kind and gentle. He is usually on time, but never rushes a patient out. He is very responsive. A patient could not ask for anything more in a doctor. He is perfect and I'd suggest him to anyone. He even gave my husband a flu shot one year! Full service practice!!

Dr. Taras is extremely knowledgeable as a doctor - as would be expected. He is the BEST doctor I have ever been to because he takes time with each of his patients. He is genuinely concerned about his patients and wants to help them in any way he can - and he will go beyond the call of duty to make that happen. He is always available either in the office or by email consultation. In addition to the care he provides in his office, he is also a very charitable person and rallies those around him to help others. He is and INCREDIBLE person and doctor. His office staff are the perfect compliment to his caring nature. You will know you have found a great doctor the moment you walk into his office.

Dr. Taras is a rare breed. He takes the time to listen to his patients, provide thorough explanations, alternative solutions and answer emails after hours! His compassionate approach reminds me of bygone days when doctors genuinely cared for your well-being, took a holistic approach and felt like family.

While pap smears and pelvis exams aren't exactly my cup of tea, Dr. Taras and his assistant Corinne immediately put me at ease. His charming and cheerful bedside manner makes my annual visits as pleasant as they can be. And although he is not within network, his fees are reasonable. It goes without saying, you can't put a price on excellent health care.

Even though Dr. Taras is always punctual and efficient, it was the one time that I had a longer wait that won my deepest respect. After apologizing for the delay, Dr. Taras said something that spoke volumes about his approach. He explained that the patient before me required a lot of care and that if I ever needed extra time like she did, he hoped I knew that he would extend the same courtesy to me. My visits restore my faith in humanity and the health care system!

I can't recommend Dr. Taras and his lovely staff highly enough! After putting off my annual exams and health concerns for so long, I am grateful to have found him. Thank you, Team Taras!

Dr. Taras.......is AMAZING!!!!!!!! He is the most caring, helpful, and intelligent doctor you could ever wish for. He always takes the time to make sure his patients understand what is wrong and that there might be more than one treatment available. He doesn't make you feel rushed when you are in his office and always goes the extra mile for his patients. I wish every doctor could be like dr. Taras!!!!

Dr. Taras is the most amazing obgyn dr. I've ever had and will probably ever have, he is gentile kind and caring. He has saved my life in many ways, I'm 32 yrs old he has been my dr. Since I was 15 he was a blessing!!! I highly recommend him not to mention the sweetest staff and very clean office !! Hope this helps you with picking a dr. I promise you will not regret it he's the best!!

Dr. Ian Taras is an amazing doctor and person. I am fortunate to have known Dr. Ian since he became a doctor. His father, Dr. Edward Taras HIGHLY recommended his son as his successor to his practice. I was sold simply because Dr. Ed spoke so highly of him. I had the great pleasure of having Dr. Ian deliver all three of my girls, naturally and no drugs. He has been respectful of my wishes to be natural and do as much as I can with natural remedies.
Recently, I have had a minor surgery with him. I had no fear and had the utmost confidence in him. He answered all my questions and has a true Gift of putting people's minds at ease. I think his calm and caring way helps me and all his patients put fear aside and let's our minds be at ease. I am so fortunate to have him as my doctor.
I have recommended him and I would recommend him to anyone!!

I am so grateful that I was referred to Dr. Taras! From the very first meeting, he made me feel comfortable and at ease. I wanted to learn more about BIo Identical Hormones & also wanted a doctor who supported my wishes to help my menopause symptons as naturally as possible. Dr Taras spent at least 2hrs w/me & went over my medical history as well as he wanted to know about my personal life and how that was effecting me Everything he has recommended for me to take or do has worked wonderfully. I am so much better emotionally because of his prescriptions as well I had been going thru hormonal hell for so many years. He is the only Dr I know that even when he was out of town, emailed me w/in 24hrs(only because he was on a plane & couldn't get to me sooner) He put my mind at ease re the problem I had. He is warm, caring, thoughtful, thorough, professional, and light-hearted. I was nervous going to a male gyn. & he immediately put my concerns at rest. His office staff are just like him, very warm, soothing, and professional. I feel so fortunate I get to use him as my GP too. Just recently I was sooo sick and as busy as he is, they got me in to see him. I got better w/in 24hrs. His office provides quick results re labwork, and Dr Taras followed up with the most detailed email to recapture all of his recommendations because I couldn't remember everthing. He is a GIFT, Down to Earth, Family Man, and Amazing Doctor who goes a million miles for all his patients. Everyone I have referred to him says the same thing He also had let me know that he has a family history with "breast cance", and had the "bc'gene as well. He leads BC Walks, I was worried that by using BIH it might effect my families cancer genes in me. He assured me it wouldn't! I trust him completely! Dr Taras's business ethics are superior to anyone I know. You will be as happy as all of us are! I guarantee it:)

Dr. Taras is an excellent doctor. My teenager had a problem. He made accommodations to fit her in his already busy schedule, spent a tremendous amount of time with us explaining his thought process. We had a question, emailed him and received a quick and thorough response. Aside from being amazing at diagnosing and solving problems, his bedside manner (teenagers can be quite shy) was so appreciated. If you want intelligent, kind and caring look no further!

I was referred to Dr. Taras by a good friend of mine and I can't tell you how happy I am to have found him. My past gynocologist had retired after seeing him for 30 years and did not think I could find a doctor to measure up to him. Well I found him. He is so kind and caring and really listens to what you have to say and how you feel. I feel 100% better than I did 3 months ago with all the changes I am going through. His staff is makes you feel at ease as well. So glad I found him.

Great doctor. Takes time to explain everything and answer any questions. Gives you his personal attention and advice with out rushing you. Also knows what he's doing. I am greatful to one of my other doctors who recommended him. She is also his patient.

I went to Dr. Tara's for the first time last year - i chose to go to him based on the reviews I came across online. After having seen him for the second time I'm happy to say that he is really great! Any anxieties are quickly wiped away by his calming, warm, and friendly personality. The office staff are friendly and efficient - which is important because I have been to offices where they are otherwise and it makes the experience really stressful.

He is a very good doctor! He listens to all our questions and patiently answers each one. He responds to our e-mails as well without keeping us waiting for the next appointments. He is very comforting and relieves all your worries. Thanks Dr. Taras! Thank God we found him...... :)

Dr Taras and his staff are extremely professional and helpful. I never feel rushed and leave feeling as if all my questions/concerns have been addressed. I have never had to wait long and his office is easy to find and there is validated parking!

I travel 2 hours to see Dr. Taras for my yearly appointment although there are many good doctors in my area. That says it all! Not only is he professional and caring as well as highly knowlegeable in all GYN areas, he always goes the "extra mile"for his patients. Being able to email him a question and get an almost immediate response is a huge plus. I highly recommend him to any women looking for an excellent doctor, versed in all new research and techniques, with an "old fashioned" type of medical practice.

Dr. Taras (gyno) is the most thorough, friendly and accommodating doctor I have ever been treated by. During my first visit, we discussed my medical history and my current concerns. I was really comforted by his interest in understanding my full medical history and not just my gyno history. He was even able to recommend some OTC remedies for non-gyno concerns I had when every other Dr. just gave me expensive prescriptions (I don't have insurance). Also, I've struggled with chronic yeast infections & BV and he was the first Dr. to try a different prescription and it's actually worked. His pelvic exam was gentle and quick, and he only ran the necessary tests being considerate of my financial situation. Last but not least, he is always quick to respond when I contact him about anything (same day). I finally feel like I have found a Dr. who cares about his patients and actually treating them.

I've had several gynecologists over the years and never had one I liked as much as Dr. Taras. He doesn't do obstetrics (deliver babies) so he can truly focus on women's issues and I never get stuck in the waiting room for an emergency delivery as I have with other doctors. I always feel like he's truly present with me when I see him and he's great about answering questions in between visits. He's warm, caring and knowledgeable and I've recommended him to all of my friends.

I was referred to Dr. Taras from my friend Sharon and he came highly recommended. I had a hysterectomy a year ago in March and I was experiencing some problems such as emotional highs and lows, etc. since I'm in menopause now. Sharon told me that Dr. Taras could help me with prescribing natural hormones. I don't want to take regular hormones since I was at a "pre-cancerous stage" when I had my hysterectomy. First of all, Dr. Taras' office staff are so helpful and kind! After I explained my situation, they were able to squeeze me right in the very next day to see him. Dr. Taras is one special and unique doctor in this day and age. His bedside manner is a lost art and he made me feel like I was his only patient. He took time to get to know me and ask me all kinds of questions and was genuinely concerned about my welfare. He gave me prescriptions for natural hormones and told me if I had any questions to contact him by phone or email. I have already recommended him to my family and friends. Thank you Dr. Taras!

I have been a patient of Dr Taras for many years. Dr Taras takes pride in his patients. And is one of the kindest doctors around. And he give a lot of thought to his suggestions as he is very detailed about the records he keeps on your health. He is devoted to making sure that you are getting the best of care. And if he does not know the answer to a health question he will tell you so. And he is very devoted to raising money for breast cancer which says a lot about his good character. He is a doctor who really cares about his patients. I rarely recommend a doctor but I highly (without hesitation) would suggest Dr Taras.

Dr T has been my dr for years. He has treated me for a variety of situations. I now consider him my primary care doctor.
He is always there for me to help with any of my medical problems. There have in fact been emergency's at 5pm on Sunday and he has called in a rx for me!
His practice is very successful, however he makes you feel that you are his only client and knows you and your personality and conditions in a manner most other dr's don't have.
I highly reccomand him for anyone looking for a new gyno.

Dr. Taras is truly one of the most professional and caring doctors you will likely find. Dr. Taras is an exceptional doctor. He is incredibly knowledgeable in his field, providing patients with multiple options and recommendations. He has a friendly and compassionate personality, which makes conversations with him very comfortable.
I was recommended to Dr. Taras by a close friend and as a new patient, I was instantly welcomed by him and his staff. I had an emergency situation recently while on vacation. Immediately upon my return, I had my pre-op and all of the details of my surgery. Dr. Taras performed a 3 hour Laparoscopic Supracervical Hysterectomy (LSH). It has only been two weeks since the surgery and I am back to work and feeling wonderful. I highly recommend Dr. Taras for consultations, routine check-ups and surgery. Finally, unlike a lot of doctors, Dr. Taras personally returns all calls and emails promptly. It’s very refreshing to know you can get in touch with your doctor when dealing with a health concern.
His passion for his work is apparent and very much appreciated!

Dr Taras is awesome! He is so personable and friendly. And always makes you feel welcomed and comfortable. He takes the time to ask you about your life and get to know you. He also does the procedures quickly (and thoroughly) so as to get you sitting back up as soon as possible! He is available for questions all the time and always responds really fast. I've never just felt like "another patient" with him. He takes an interest in each one of his patients and his community.

I have been a patient of Dr. Taras for nearly five years, now. Moving and having to find a new doctor, let alone a gynecologist, is a stressful ordeal. I was referred to him and am extremely happy to be able to refer him to others. Dr. Taras is simply THE BEST !!! I've been his patient for almost 10 years but unfortunately now that I'm pregnant, I had to go on Medi-cal and find a different doctor. What a bad experience it has been! I don't think I will ever feel as comfortable at any other doctor's office as I did at Dr. Taras's. Dr. Taras has been my doctor for ten years, and has delivered three of my children. I have also gone through several miscarraiges with him, and he is hands-down the most caring doctor I have ever met. In additon to caring he is also incredibly knowlegable and is extremely accessible. You can write an email to him and receive a very quick response! He really will spend a lot of time with each of his patients, and you always feel like he has plenty of time for you! The staff in his office take his lead and they are sweet and caring and knowledgable as well. The only negative I can say is that I am so sad that he no longer delivers babies!

The best obgyn. He treats his patients as if they're his only one and his dearest friends. I recomanded him to 5 of my friends and they were so thankfull for swiching.

He is the best obgyn ever! He delivered my daughter, Mariska and he was the best. The only bad thing I have to say about him is....he stopped delivering babies!!!!!

Dr. Ian Taras is absolutely, hands-down, the best gyno I've ever had!!! He is compassionate, considerate, friendly, has an excellent bed-side manner, and makes you feel very comfortable. No matter what the subject (which could be embarrassing or uncomfortable) he always puts you at ease. He's done everything from routine office visits, delivered my youngest daughter (11 yrs ago), performed an endometrial ablation on me, and he is absolutely amazing. His staff is friendly, helpful and courteous as well. I've been seeing Dr. Taras now for about 12 or 13 years. I would recommend him to anyone. He's the best!

Dr. Ian Taras is a fabulous doctor! He is compassionate and caring. I have personally seen him for over ten years now. Just this summer I had a hysterectomy under his expert care. I received this procedure laproscopically and have the tiniest incisions imaginable. I spent only one night in the hospital, kept my ovaries so hormones are not an issue and recovered quickly. It has been an absolute dream come true for me! I can not say enough positive things about Dr. Ian Taras. I would recommend him to anyone and have.
