Dr. Cotes is the best doctor I have ever been to! I got pregnant with my son in Dec. 2005 and I had a tough pregnancy. In March my progestrone was extremely low. Everyone in my family thought that I was going to have a miscarriage. Doctor Cotes put me on medication and within 2 weeks my level was back up again! I went to the hospital several times throughout my pregnancy and he kept me all night for observation. Then August 11, 2007 about a month before my due date I started bleeding heavily, so I went in to the hospital. He found out that I had placenta previa, and kept me on complete bedrest at the hospital for 30 days until he thought I was able to deliver. at my 36 week point he took me to get an amino, which is where they insert the needle in my stomach and draw out some of the fluid around the baby and test it. He wanted to see if my sons lungs were developed enough to deliver. They werent so I had to stay another 10 days. I was so upset, because my family lived so far away, and it was a long drive for them to come and see me.....Anyways I deliever a VERY HEALTHY baby boy Sept. 8, 2007. And I owe it all to Dr. Cotes! He took excellent care of me and my unborn son! I would HIGHLY recommend him for any woman that is at high risk, because he is a very concerned, cautious Dr. I wanted to go home so many times and he wouldnt let me and I thank him for it because he knew best! :o)

Dr.Cotes is just the best. He did my TAH/BSO in Dec.2003 and is the kindest most caring Dr. ever. Then in Feb.2005 he delivered my twin grandchildren,my daughter being at high risk I knew he was the only one she should have. He did a fantastic job. I will never forget him. He still remembers me when ever he sees me outside of his office. He is the only Dr.I would go to in WV.
