Execellant Physician. I've known Dr. Tate for 19 years. My husband said he was an artist in the delivery of our son. He really takes time with his patients so you don't feel like you are just part of the cattle in a cattlle call. He's a caring professional who stays abreast of changes in his area for the total well being of his patients. Don't use him unless you want a to use a doctor who really cares about his patients.

I have worked in the same hospital that Dr. Tate practice's in, for the last 3 years as a labor and delivery nurse. He is patient and always present. He believes a women's body already knows how to have a baby if we leave her alone. He does things that other docs don't do anymore such as vbac's and breech vaginal delivery's, when appropriate for the women. I have recommended him to one of my very close friends and if I were to have another baby he could take care of me. If you have been told it can't be done see him for a consult. If you want a Dr. who is more like a midwife, call him.
