I've been a patient of Dr.Frazier's for nearly five years. He is warm, professional, knowledgeable and approachable.He takes the time to look you in the eye and visit for a minute before examining you and strikes a balance between professiona and friendly easily. He always takes the time to explain every option thoroughly and makes me feel involved in my health care decisions. He is quick to check if a prescribed drug is on my insurance formulary, returns calls promptly and tells me what to expect when I'm sick. He also remembers me from visit to visit which goes a long in making me feel comfortable.
His office staff is fabulous - professional, friendly and helpful. I've never waited more than 10 minutes for my appointment, and when I'm sick they always manage to squeeze me in, "that day".
He works with almost all HMO insurance carriers, which is a huge bonus. I've referred over 15 people to him, and they all think he's great.
