The staff was very friendly - high leve of customer service! The doctor is very pleasant and knowledgable, I felt very comfortable with her. She had excellent bedside manner. She spoke with me about the general procedure, options, and risks before taking a look at me!
The staff supplied me with a lot of information before my consultation as well as after. They offer financing, which is a lifesaver for me. They also have specials, mostly on breast and injectibles---but it saves on cost. She has advanced skin care products which work well too!
I will be getting my surgery done by her and am very excited!

Dr. Rich is an excellent plastic surgeon! Having a female doctor really made me comfortable. In the Clear Lake area, she is well known for being THE doctor for breast surgery. Women drive from all over Texas to have surgery with her. I met quite a few during my follow up visits. My results are very natural looking, there was very little discomfort after the surgery, my incisions were tiny, and I got back to work easily in 3 days. I highly recommend seeing Dr. Rich before choosing any other plastic surgeon.
