A little of 3 years ago, I met Dr. Oates. I was actually referred to her by my PCP after discovering that I would require surgery to remove several, very large fiberoid tumors. In our initial consultation, she was very friendly and straight forward in her approach. She presented me with my options and gave me time to decide which was right for me and happily answered all of my follow-up questions. She is a very warm and friendly person and those same qualities are reflected in everyone within her office. I would recommend this doctor to anyone in the Houston, TX area in need of Ob/Gyn services.
