I found Dr. McMillan when I found out I had fibroids. She is very gentle and understanding. She is a doctor who will try the least invasive method of surgery to correct a problem. The group she works for (Womancare of Williamsburg) is wonderful and everyone is very compassionate and caring. I was scheduled for a total vaginal hysterectomy (possible abdominal if unable to remove everything vaginally). The uterus was larger than expected, however, she was able to remove it in pieces rather than switch to a more expensive and painful procedure. I was very impressed with the care I received and will continue to use her as my GYN in the future.
