After many years of pain from endrometriosis, I needed a hysterectomy. Someone told me about Dr. Jones,
I can't recommend this Doctor enough, she truly cares.
She explains everything and looks you right in the eye while she's talking, never before have I felt so at ease and comfortable. She is very sincere and and understanding.
Her office staff is wonderful, You get a short message when you call and then go straight to a real person. They always call you back when they say they will.

I love this Doctor! She listens to all your symptoms and even asks about a few you might not have even realized were connected! She pulls up a chair and listens to you! REALLY listens! She doesn't rush you out so she can get to the next appointment. All of her staff is extremely helpful and ready and willing to answer questions and concerns. I have no insurance and she never even batted an eye. She's willing to work with you and she makes sure you know that, for her, your health is MUCH more important than the financial bottom line. She speaks directly from the heart and will tell you, up front, if she thinks a treatment will work, wont work, is possible, or even not a good idea. I have abnormal uterine bleeding and have tried several procedures to avoid a hysterectomy and she is all for this, as a hysterectomy "should" be the last step, not the first! I have had Dr. Hart for nearly twenty-five years as my family doctor. He is friendly and cheerful. I trust him with my health and my children's health. I am lucky to have him as my doctor. He is very knowledgeable. He is truly concerned about my health. He has suggested other specialists who have been very nice to deal with as well. If there is a particular health concern, he will call and check on me.

He listens to your concerns about having a hysterectomy. Then he lets you decide what to do. He talks to you and your spouse. He is very friendly. He is very knowledgable and suggest this will be helpful for quality of life issues. If you have questions, he answers them. The nurses with this particular practice are the best! I would call them up all the time and ask them questions. They would answer my questions/fears and they were the ones who helped me with my decision to have the surgery. I would highly recommend this group. They are located across the street from Wesley Medical Center.

Dr. John Waitkus has been a general surgery and then a General Practioner when he no longer did surgery. He has been a doctor 66 years, non stop. He has taught other doctors while keeping his own practice up. He is a good listener who takes everything you say seriously and trys to help you. His knowledge is spectactular from the top of your head to the tip of your toes. He does not overlook anything when he examines you. He is super nice to deal with and all his patients love him. He kept working despite many physical conditions he had as he felt that his patients needed him. He also felt that people who retire, die soon. He retired in June after having another stroke in February. I miss him terribly. There is no other doctor in the world like him. He is the Greatest Doctor in the World. He cannot see patients anymore but what I would like to see is that he gets the recognition he deserves for practicing for 66 years and left behind patients who admired and loved him dearly... Dr. Johnson is a wonderful doctor!
He has a good bedside manner. After my first visit I was impressed by his demeanor and knowledge of my problem.
I had a hysterectomy due to a large fibroid with other complications associated to my cycle.
I'm more then happy with the results.
I would not hesitate to recommend him.

I have just recently changed my OB/GYN after having a bad experience with my last Doctor.At m y previous OB/GYN visits I hardly ever got to see the Doctor and his Physician assistants didn't want to take the time to talk to you. Dr. Burke immediately put me at ease and answered my questions. She took the time to explain medicines, procedures and diseases. I was really nervous going back to a OB/GYN but she made me feel reassured and educated. She is so caring and compassionate and really concerned about how a disease/disorder is affecting your life. So many Doctors write a prescription and walk out. No explanations and when asked questions they get upset. I am so thankful that I found Dr. Burke. Also her staff are great!!! If you need a OB/GYN she is the Doctor you want..

After having many many many OBGYN's I finnally found Dr. Roberts and will follow her whereever her practice may go. After discovering the need for surgery she called me (yes she called not just someone in her office) at home to put my mind at ease and ensured me that she would fight my insurance, and we would fix my problems. I have never had a doctor who called personally, and was so sympathtic. She never hesitated to take my calls and answered all of my questions, sometimes twice. She is also extremley pasionate about her job, and loves all the kids that adorn her walls. She is an excellent doctor and I would recommend every women to her!

Dr. Wilson tries to spend time with his patients. He listens to them and responds to their questions as thoroughly as possible. He is not afraid to tell you if he doesn't have an answer. He will take the time to research your problem and inform you as soon as he can.
I've been a patient of Dr Leuzzi's for several years now, switching over when my PCP retired.
Since the beginning, she's been very proactive - treating the long term as well as my immediate concerns, very thorough and patient with me despite my many health issues and very friendly.
She's a great listener - always allowing me to finish my sentence, compassionate and has a whole-person approach.
Even though she's a PCP, she always addressed my emotional health in a non-judgmental way as well as my obstetrics needs in a way that assuringly commingled with care by my obstetrics doctor.

After several years of long heavy periods, hormone therapy, DNC, and anemia, Dr. Gill performed the surgery to remove my uterus and both ovaries. Dr. Lawrence Gill's experience and understanding gave me the confidence to embrace this opportunity to take back my life. He listened attentively to all my concerns, and answered every one of my question. The pre-op and post op has gone off without a hitch. He checked on me twice a day while I was at the hospital. He is comforting and reassuring and is very personable and approachable. His staff has allayed my fears during post op and his hospital staff are truly "goddesses" for this "hystersister".

This doctor performed my hysterectomy. He is very informative and takes time to listen to...and answer your questions. He has 2 offices that he practices at:
Herrin and Carbondale, Illinois.
Dr. Clark is a kind and very caring Doctor. I have been his patient for several years and I would highly recommend him. I recently had a hysterectomy TAH/BSO and he was and is wonderful. Complications kept me in Post op longer than normal and he was there even though it was late at night. He is good at explaining things and answering as many questions you might have. His nursing staff is the best as well.
My GP referred me to Dr. Sabol after I was diagnosed with multiple uterine fiboids. Upon my first meeting with her, I felt very comfortable and confident in her experience level and the care she would provide. Ultimately, she performed my TAH and did a fantastic job. Her calm, compassionate, and caring demeanor would help to set even the most nervous patient at ease.

I can't say enough good things about Amy Young. She is thorough, she is caring and she is supportive. She was my OBGYN through both my pregnancies, and delivered me herself, even though she wasn't on call for either birth. She did my TVH and gave me her home phone number to call. She has checked in on me numerous times, and is overall fantastic. If you are in Houston and are looking for a great OB or just a GYN, she is definitely the person to call. She is also the head of the Baylor OBGYN dept. She is wonderful, honest and will really give you the facts!

Dr. Eisenkop was highly recommended by my OB/GYN physician. I had a total abdominal hysterectomy, bilateral salpingo oophrectomy, tumor debulking,etc. in December 2006. Second look laparotomy in May 2007 after chemotherapy for Stage 3 ovarian cancer. Throughout this entire period of time I was treated extremely well by all the physicians Dr. Eisenkop recommended. It sounds odd to say this has been a positive experience with little or no pain and few side effects. I believe this physician is exceptionally gifted as a surgeon and is kind beyond words to the patient, family and friends. He is an extraordinarily talented doctor, I was fortunate to have him. I am now cancer free. He is the BEST!
