She is a warm and caring Dr who takes the time to listen to her patients. I never feel rushed or uncomfortable in the office, even on days when they are especially busy, the time with the Dr is still a comfortable time. Appointments are available quickly. She has delivered both of my children and I wouldn't see anyone else.

He and Island Urology found out I had kidney cancer. They did the necessary test which other doctors failed to do. They were very alert to the signs of Cancer. The good doctor Chowhdury found that I have “white coat syndrome”. I have high blood pressure readings when I see a white coat. I owe my life to him and the doctors in his clinic. I like the persoality of Dr. Chowhdury. He really does care. He did tests to see if surgery was sfe for me.

In February of 2009, I went in for surgery to remove an ovary due to a dermoid tumor as described by a radiologist. Once I was in surgery, the situation changed and it was found that I had severe endometriosis with all of my lower body parts fused together. Dr. Nowacheck took control of the situation, called for his partner to provide a second pair of hands, and although I lost about 700 cc's of blood, this surgeon brought me out of surgery safely. While it wasn't said, I got the idea that the two doctors, Nowacheck and Thiele, brought me out of what could have been a very bad surgical situation. Dr. Nowacheck has always been and continues to be very thorough, a good listener, always willing to explain procedure, and appears to be very knowledgeable in his field. I highly recommend him for Gynecological care including surgery.

Dr. Smith was very helpful when I had to have a hysterectomy. Not only did he explain all of my options, but he answered any questions that I had. On the morning of my surgery, he was at my bedside before the surgery to make sure neither I nor my family had any additional questions. I recommend Dr. Ira Smith to any woman that have any issues or that is looking for a GYN for routine care.

My son Shane, fell and broke his nose and I was recommended to Dr. Cohen and Dr. Venner's office. Shane was able to see Dr. Cohen that day. Dr. Cohen is very nice, accommodating and professional. My son was able to have his surgery the very next day, it hasn't even been a week and he has very little pain and has had no bruising. I am so impressed with every aspect of this surgery and Dr. Cohen. His credentials are very impressive and I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Dr. Buchsbaum, her colleagues, and all of her staff are wonderful, caring people who make you feel comfortable and well-cared for. From the first time I called for an appointment, to several appointments later, surgery, and an emergency, everyone has been respectful and compensating. They treat so well and not just like a "number" or a "case". Even during my surgery, for which I was awake, Dr. B. was telling me everything she was doing and what to expect. When a recent emergency came up, she dedicated her time and attention to me and let her efficient staff take care of her other patients; all the while telling me what she was doing, what was going on, and what to expect and do for myself. It is such a refreshing change to be treated this way in today's HMO-dictated health care system.

he has not only been my Dr but also now my friend, I love to thank him for everything he has and will do for me, if you need some one to see and help you I'd send my daughter, sister, mother or best friend to him. He is comforting, friendly, trustworthy, experienced, diligent, he was there when no one else was. I am so Thankful for him.
Dr. Leveno treated me for Adenomyosis and Omental Adhesions via LATVH. He was very understanding of my needs and answered all my questions thoroughly. If I didn't understand he would answer the question again until I did. He had great knowledge of my situation with realistic solutions. He has a wonderful bedside manner and his office staff is always available and ready to help with whatever I need. I have nothing negative to say about him or the care he has provided me.

Dr. Lucas preformed a LAVH with the removal of ovaries and cervex. She was awesome. She explained all procedures and options to me. She listened to my husband and me and aswered all of our questions. I felt really comfortable with her from the day I met her. She was very friendly and made me feel completely at ease. She made me feel like she had all the time in the world for me and really cared about me and my feelings.

Why do you suggest this doctor?
I suggest Dr. Petrac, because she listened to my concerns, without dismissing me out of hand. My condition normally occurred in older women and she was able to diagnose it during a normal annual exam. For over 6 years previous physicians either missed my problems or gave me medications to stop my symptoms.
How does this doctor distinguish themselves compared to other doctors?
Dr. Petrac's previous US Navy commission provided her with a wide range of experiences and skills most civilian practitioners do not have, making her an invaluable resource to Active Duty military women in this region.
What can you tell about her personality?
I feel Dr. Petrac is sincere, conscientious, and straight forward. I was so relieved when she explained what was wrong with me, reassured me that I wasn't "crazy" and that my condition required urgent attention to improve my quality of life. I have been under treatment by Dr. Smith the past 3 months
for chronic venous insufficiency (CVI) and an ulceration
to lower leg due to CVI. Dr. Smith is very patient and
caring, spends a large amount of time and patiently
answers patient's questions. Regarding Dr. Smith's
staff, his nurses (I have seen 4) are all very patient and
understanding. Dr. Smith and ALL his staff are very
caring, and treat the patient VERY well. I cannot recommend
Dr. Smith and his staff enough.

2 years ago I had my first child. I started my care at another place and left so sad every time with tons of unanswered questions. That being my first pregnancy I had no idea what to expect or do. I was scared to death. After 4 months of leaving every appointment sad and confused I searched around and found Dr. Karen Hayes. I met with her for an hour for an interview and by the time I left I made the rest of my appointments. Just within that hour she had answered all questions that I had and even some I didn't know I had. She is willing to spend time with you and make sure you understand everything she is telling you. I felt like she "held my hand" through my first pregnancy. Thank GOD for Dr. Karen Hayes. I am now on my second pregnancy 2 years later and nothing has changed. (Excecpt I am not as scared this time) I know I have exceptional care from her and if bad things do happen, she will be there for me and guide me in the best thing to do for me and my baby.

Dr. Majewski is a rheumatologist who treats me for Rheumatoid, OsteoArthritis and Fibromyalgia. She is an awesome doctor who takes a great interest in the ovrall health of her patients. She works closely with my regular physician to keep up to date on my medical conditions. She works with me on not only my physical but my mental state also and I feel she looks at a patient as a person not a number. She takes her time when I have a visit and never acts like any questions is silly and works very hard to understand that an illness is not just physically restrictive but also affects you mentaly.
