I highly recommend Dr. Faraci. He performed my TAH in February of this year as well as a thermal ablation about 4 years ago. I appreciated the fact that he was very open to discussing alternative treatments, provided internet sources and other materials for me to research, and is very honest about whether something is necessarily immediately as well as being able to tell you why its necessary. He treats his patients as though they are intelligent adults.
I believe he specializes in endometrial problems as well as the standard ob/gyn issues.
Dr. Faraci is very personal and open with his patients. He is easy to talk to and has a very relaxed manner, a good sense of humor, and the ability to demonstrate respect for his patient's privacy and personal feelings. Dr Nylander is an exceptional physician. As a lesbian it can be difficult finding a doctor for whom that is not an issue. But Dr. Nylander is wonderful, she talks to both of us as a couple, not as a patient and "friend". I HIGHLY recommend her for anyone seeking compassion, understanding, and excellent care.

Dr. Faucher is amazing. He is young, always cheerful, and you are immediately put at ease by his manner and knowledge. Dr. Faucher is also very gentle during exams, answers every question he is asked, and just 'gets it'. I highly recommend him to anyone searching for an ob/gyn on the north shore in Massachusetts.

I have received top class prefessional assistance and surgeries from Dr. Bruce Kahn. He works out of Both the La Jolla Scripps Memorial and his office is located at the Scripps Clinic, which recently moved from La Jolla to Sorento Valley... not far from where it used to reside in La Jolla. He also has hospital privelages at Green Hospital in La Jolla.
I would like to recommend him to all. Not only did he perform my hysterectomy, but he then also did an anterior/posterior vaginal wall strengthening and bladder sling about three years later. I am a sensitive person to whom is going to be giving me a serious surgery, and I have complete and utter confidence in the work that he performed. He is the pioneer in many things... one of them being the non-invasive surgeries that I had.

Dr. Sung is professional, courteous and he takes time out to explain every little detail to you. He has been practicing OB/GYN for a very long time. He is also very humorous. Talking to Dr. Sung is like talking to a friend because he makes you feel very comfortable. I had a hysterectomy and he explained evrything to me in laymen terms and he was very precise and informative.

Dr. Ferland is the head of Gyn at Women and Children's Hospital and is a professor at Brown Univeristy. He was very kind and answered all questions throughly. He has a "regular guy" type personality. I had an ovarian tumor removed laproscopically that 2 other dr's had told me they would have to open me right up. He was great and I would totally recommend him. He does not do obstetrics.

Dr. Pozzi is the most compassionate and caring doctor I have ever had. His professionalism is superb and he truly listens to his patients. He won't hesitate to refer you to a specialist if he feels you and your would be better served by a more specialized doctor. It is a very rare quality and a true mark of an excellent doctor to know your limits and acknowledge them.
His entire office (other doctors and nurses) is very caring. He won't talk down to even his younger patients- even young mothers.. The whole office will respect your choices. Dr. Pozzi will throughly discuss your options and inform you of the risks.
When I got pregnant and informed them I wanted to have my baby, the whole office were excited and offered sincere and jubilant congratulations. The doctors were almost giddy with delight.

DR ALBERT IS RESPECTFUL, CARING AND THE BEST PART IS THAT HE LISTEN TO HIS PATIENTS, WENT IT COMES TO MAKE DECISIONS HE MAKES SURES THAT HIS PATIENTS HAVE ALL NECESARY INFORMATION, OPTIONS AND QUESTIONS ANSWER. Dr. Ingrid Brown and Dr. Carla Myers share an office together and are the most caring and loving Doctor's that you could meet. Their bed side manner is beyond comparison. I have Lupus, Fibromyalgia, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, Hypothyroidism, anemia and am currently having a Nurse come out once a week to give me Iron by IV for six weeks. Both of these Doctors come highly recommended and everyone that goes to them love them. They are both small built, beautiful women with so much compassion. If you live in Ohio and are feeling bad I would highly recommend that you see one of these Doctors in Beavercreek or Centerville, Ohio.

Our family has been treated by Dr Gale for over 20 years. In addition to always staying informed about current medical practices his strong characteristic is his listening skills. Most recently after my husband visited the doctor, Dr Gale suggested a follow up with a cardiologist. This resulted in a stent placement. We truly feel this proactive approach prevented a heart attack. I asked Dr Gale how he knew this and his response was "I just listen to my patients" . He is the most caring, kind physician we have ever dealt with.

Dr Cowan has handled the delivery of 2 of my children and held our hands through many misscarriages. He has an amazing talent for really and HONESTLY making you feel better when times get hard. He keeps every patient on a personal level. He has only the best of the best in his staff. Dr. Cowan is not just a great doctor he is an amazing surgeon. Both of the two children he delivered for me were repeat c sections and my VERY unnoticable scars show his talents. I had an amazing recovery both times. Oh and did I mention his amazing support through my last delivery when my husband deployed the next day.... Dr. Cowan visited me everyday and sat with me and talked. He is a comfort and an angel. I would put my life and my childrens life in his hand with no doubt ever.
You would make a wise and great personal decision to become a patient of Dr. Cowan and it would never be a regret!

Dr Hanes has been so kind and patient with us since I began to go to him in October of 2006. I had been having problems for years and all of the other Doctors just sent me to a different Doctor. He performed a surgery on me in October to find out what was going on with my perlvic pain. When the pain returned in April he helped me to make the decision to have a Hysterectomy. He personally called me on the phone after both of my surgeries and called my husband as soon as possible to ease his mind. My husband is not a fan of the medical profession but he recognizes that we have found one of the great ones!
Thanks to him it feels like I am starting a whole new life.

Dr. Hoffman is an Oncologist/Gynecologist. I had been thru 4 doctors before I ended up with him. He listened to me and believed me. Finally! I had a number of problems but ultimately needed a hysterectomy due to stage 4 endometriois. The endo had cemented my uterus to my colon and my bladder. Not a good thing. I was scheduled for 1 1/2 hrs of surgery, but it took over 4 hrs to clean up all the internal scaring the endo caused. Dr. Hoffman was caring, compassionate, attentive, and he did an excellent job. I would recommend him to anyone having gynological problems that are severe.

Dr. Friedman has been my Dr. for 25 yrs and has always been extremely comforting and easy going in addition to being an excellent physician. I recently had a hysterectomy which I was very aprehensive about. He was so calm and understanding. My surgery turned out well and I am doing well. Dr. McLaughlin and his staff are EXTRAORDINARY. I went through IVF with Dr. Mac, and we were successful on our first try...with twins! Dr. Mac is kind, professional, and proactive in helping women deal with fertility issues. He is very attentive and has a wonderful bed side manner. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a specialist dealing with women's health issues.

Dr. Toofanian has a great bedside manner. I love the fact that he is abreast on all of the latest technology and research in obstetrics and gynocology. I would have never been a mother had it not been for him...and for that I will always be greatful!

Dr. Kellogg has been my OBGYN for the past 25 years. I would have no one else but him do surgery on me. This past May 2007 he did a TAH , I had 3 fibroid systs that I ignored for over 1 year after I was diagnosed, On my annual visit this past February we made the discision not to ignore my problems any longer. He made sure that I had meds prior to surgery for nausea and pain. During surgery and immediately after meds are given again. I never was sick or in any discomfort. He was very specific about my limitations after surgery and how to care for myself . He makes every one feel special ! Even my Dear Husband.He takes the time to get to know you on a personal level. He is upbeat and positive and funny even when you don't think it is possible to smile. HE MAKES YOU NOT WANT TO DISAPPOINT HIM .I don't possibly know how he fits all of this in with his patients he is truly blessed and gifted

Dr. Nick is AWESOME. I was a patient from the age of 15 until I moved out of the area at the age of 28. He has performed surgery on me twice, and did an excellent job. He perserved my uterus and I'm now 4 months pregnant!!!! Dr. Nick and his staff are just fantastic.

I went to see Dr. Burke after I was dianosed with fibroid tumors. He was my second opinion and I could not have picked a better doctor.
He was very informative and went over all of my options.
Ultimately I went with the hysterectomy, as it was the best procedure for me.
He was very compassionate and relieved alot of fears I had.
After the surgery, his bedside manner was impeccable. Very concerned with pain management and the progress of my recovery.
I would recommend Dr. Burke to any woman that has been dianosed with uterine fibroid tumors.
I found Dr. Burke to be a geniune and well educated man in the field in which he practices.
