Dr. Limosnero was absolutely awesome. I would recommend her to anyone that lives in this area. I don't think that I have ever had a doctor who was so thorough or so caring. I recently had a Total Hysterctomy, Anterior and Posterior repair and a burch procedure. She went above and beyond to make sure that I was taken care of and that the surgery would be a success.
I have been a patient of Dr. Albert T. Gros for over 10 years, he has delivered all 4 of my children with my last child as an emergency C-section. He will also be doing a hysterectomy 2/16/07. He is a wonderful doctor and am very surprised that he is not on this list already. Even with moving out of town several times within the 10 years, using another doctor has never crossed my mind, the drive is well worth it!

Deniese Pecht has delivered both my children and although she is more focused on GYN and IC instead of delivery these days she is wonderful. Her staff is the GREATEST and her IC delagated nurse is outstanding. They both know how to take care of their patients and go out of the way to handle any problems you have. Her IC nurse has even called me from home to help with advise when I am in such bad shape. WAY better than any counseling you can pay for. She missed her calling. Wonderful experience although you will have to wait a while to get in to a room to see this great physician and practice. WAY WORTH IT......

Doctor Goodman was my surgeon on 2 occasions - both to due with ovarian cysts caused by severe endometriosis. The second surgery required a complete hysterectomy. She was caring, easy to talk to and I beleive I had the best care. Luckily it was not cancerous....however I felt if it had been - she was the specialists of specialists and I would be in the best care possible!!!

Very kind, sensitive, attentive and down to earth. Always treats you like her family, honest and personable. She was very available through all my procedures and even after the surgery, was chaecking on me all the time. I have a hysterectomy with her and she delivered my last child and has been my gynocoligest for 13 years

Dr. Julie Reed is very friendly and considerate. She listens to your every concern and answers all your questions. She takes her time with you and pays attention when you're talking with her. She has a sense of humor but stays very professional. I really enjoy her as my doctor.

Dr. Cook is a wonderful Doctor. He is very patient when answering questions. Before my surgery, he took the time to go through my lists of questions with me, and suggested some other things I would want to know. He was concerned about my comfort in that situation, and instead of just answering them in the exam room, he waited until I was dressed and we could sit and talk. When I was concerned after the surgery that I had overreacted to an issue with the incision, he made sure that I knew that I should call any time there was a concern which was comforting. He is very personable, and asks about family etc, to get an idea about the whole patient. I just can't say enough good things about him. He is a skilled surgeon as well as OB doctor. Other doctors in the practice with Dr Cook are also excellent. The Dr Green who assisted Dr Cook also came in to check on me each day of my hospital stay, and and introduced himself as the Dr who had assisted. Murray Women's Clinic is an excel... [More..]

Dr. Awtrey was involved in my second surgery after a partial hysterectomy revealed ovarian cancer. I've been to quite a few doctors at this point, and he definitely set me at ease more than any other, even though I only met with him briefly.

Dr. Cain has been our family doctor for 13 years. My husband and I and our two children have seen him numerous times. I am always struck by how many times HE will ask if we have any questions. I know he has a flourishing practice, but his demeanor always makes us feel as though he has all the time in the world to spend with us. He will listen if you have ideas for treatment and then give his own opinion or knowledge on that Tx. He is wonderful and I highly recommend him to anyone, no matter his or her age.

Dr. James Horlacher has been my OB for the past 10 years. My most recent procedure with him was a hysterectomy. He has performed several laps for adhesions and of course my yearly check ups. He has a wonderful bedside manner. He is very informative, very direct and will answer any questions you have. He is very funny and makes you feel comfortable even on those dreaded monthly exam days! He would be a wondeful doctor for anyone searching for an OB in this area. He works at Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton, Ohio. One of the number one hospitals in the area. It is a level 1 trauma center and has a whole wing set aside for maternity care and critical infant care.

Dr. Schnurr has been my gynocologist for over 15 years. He is kind and considerate of my feelings and makes a rather unenjoyable but necessary experience tolerable. He did not rush into recommending a hysterectomy...instead he did all he could to make sure that it was absolutely necessary. He always answers my questions in terms that anyone would be able to understand (I am not a doctor, after all). I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Schnurr to anyone. I even sent my daughter to him.

i would recommend her because i developed a severe complication after having a hysterectomy. she has been great. if i have a problem with anything all i have to do is call her and she takes care of it, and getting an appiontment is so easy. i had to have another surgery that was performed by another doctor, who in my opinion was not a good doctor, but she took care of me when he would not or could not. i believe she really cares about my health and she has a great bedside manner. when i see her its not like she has to hurry out to see someone else she spends time with me and if i have any questions she answers them. she also gave me her home number and cell, just in case i couldnt get in touch with her through her office, and no i wont give it out. i think she is great and i love the fact that she really cares.

He is compassionate and knowledgeable.
Dr Fristo has treated my children for the last 12 years and never once did I question whether I should take them to a pediatrician. He is very child friendly. My husband and I both find him to be very professional and trustworthy.

I started going to him 6 yrs ago. I was distraut, untrustful, and questioned everything a doctor did. I was a basket case physically and emotionally. We were ending 4 yrs of fertility treatments and medical whirlwind.
He worked with me on both levels and let me feel like I had a measure of control over my treatments. He talked to me, explained things, and most of all listened.
He did my hysterectomy. His words when I finally agreed after 5 years of his yearly suggesting it - getting told NO - and trying more medications - was I see YOU are ready.
He did not pressure me. He always answers my questions and concerns. Most of all he talks TO ME - not at me or over me.
He is great !!

He was my doctor 12 yrs ago, when I had my youngest daughter, at that time he also did my tubal. I thought he was a fine doctor then. This year, when I was referred by my family doctor, and ended up having a hysterectomy, I again went to him.
He is a good person, with great bedside manner, tells the patient everything in terms you understand, and was very friendly, though professional through everything.
He is very easy to talk too, and easily talked to my husband also. Was very involved at the hospital, seemed like he really cared about what was going on, walked me through everything. This is very good when facing things we are afraid of (and I am afraid of nearly everything to do with doctors).

Dr. Tara Solomon performed a hysterectomy on me November 16, 2007. I had been misdiagnosed for 3-1/2 years by other doctors. In my first visit with her she pinpointed exactly what was wrong with me thru an ultrasound and thru really listening to me about my symptoms. She discussed many options and things to try before resorting to a hysterectomy. In the end, only the surgery was going to help me. I like the fact that she does her own surgery instead of referring you out. I think Dr. Solomon is a brilliant, physician and she and her office staff really care about their patients. I am so grateful to my co-worker who "made" me go get a third opinion from her "miracle doctor!"

Dr. Whiteside has been my Dr. for a little over a year now. I was referred to him by another Dr. who thought I would be a great candidate for the Interstim implant. Dr. Whiteside is a Urogynecologist & pelvic reconstructive surgeon. At the time we thought I had an overactive bladder we thought the interstim implant would be a easy answer. After experiencing many difficulties and realizing this was not the answer to the overactive bladder he never let me give up. He is so easy to talk with. He said he would help me find out what was wrong with my bladder and we have. He did diagnose me with Interstitial ciystitis (IC). I was devastated to know it was some illness that doesn't have a cure. He continues to give me hope, he answers all the questions I have,(even the hard ones) and refuses to give up by trying new procedures and always doing research. Dr. Rashada, an OB-GYN, performed a total hysterectomy on me in 2007. She was professional as well as personal, took lots of time with me, and explained everything thoroughly. She also has a wonderful sense of humor. We had lots of laughs! I highly recommend her!!
