After discovering that I badly needed a hysterectomy, I found Dr. Khamvongsa through the Baptist Health Network. I knew that I wanted laparoscopy, and he was so highly rated as far as experience that I knew he was the right doctor for me. He was very patient in explaining details to my husband & I, spent over half an hour with us just asking and answering questions, and we left his office feeling very comfortable and confident that I had made the right decision.
Dr. K is personable, friendly, informative, patient, and has a wonderful sense of humor - which truly helps in tense medical situations. He was supportive and comforting before and after my surgery, which went very well despite a few "surprises" that he discovered during my procedure. I had multiple fibroids, cysts, endometriosis, and adhesions. Dr. Khamvongsa did a complete hysterectomy and for me in under 3 hours, and my recovery time was remarkably fast.

Extremely thorough, compassionate, and knowledgeable. Dr. Brown refuses to "double-book" patients as he believes this is counter-productive and the patient suffers. Not only does he have his office hours, but he is on-call for all three major hospitals within the Permian Basin. Dr. Brown also utilizes his private practice as a teaching facility for medical students, which is wonderful.
The office staff are extremely helpful and efficient, always with a smile, and I am greeted as soon as I walk in the door. It could have been 6 months since I have seen them, but they remember my name and ask about my children, grandchildren, etc. Whenever I have a question concerning my medications, or an appointment, I know I can be assisted by the end of the day. Insurance deductibles, co-pays, etc. are always explained upfront and in a language I can understand!!
I would never consider any other neurologist!
Kelly Gumbrecht is a compassion, understanding doctor with a cheerful disposition who really listens to her patients concerns. She used a innovative technique for my Laparoscopic Supracervical Hysterectomy. With her suggestion for the non narcotic choice of pain medication I have been ambulatory and basiclly pain free since the afternoon of my surgery with no side effects like sleepiness and nausea. Dr. Gumbrecht even suggested this website on my first appointment to go home and do my own research before I decided on surgery as an option. If you live in the tri-county area of Michigan I highly recommend Dr. Kelly Gumbrecht.

Dr. Clark has operated on several family members over the years for all types of conditions- cataracts, Lasik, glaocomia, eyelid surgery. He is a gifted surgeon with a wonderful bedside manner.

My experience with Dr. Palacio has been absolutley fantasic!! He takes his time, explains everything so well, and made me feel very comfortable. His nurse is fabulous too. I went in to see him for a second opinion and I ended up wanting him to be my gyno. He is well informed and has great personality. He did my hysterectomy and I am doing amazing. Would recommend him whole heartedly. :)

Dr Miklos operated on my mother and I was impressed from the moment I met him. He is very knowledgable and direct. He doesnt sugar coat the situation. He told us what he was going to do and he did it. He reviewed the risks of the surgery in detail and spent an extraordinary amount of time. The moment i left the office i knew my mother was in the right hands. He exudes confidence and thats just how I want my surgeon to be. He did a complete reconstruction on my mom and she couldnt be happier. I could have taken her to any doctor in the USA but I chose Dr Miklos because of his reputation and a personal referral. My mother and I thank you.

I love Dr. Dorf he delivered my daughter, takes his time and explains everything, never felt rushed and funny. I will say the downside is waiting 30 min to hour for your appt. overall I would give him a 10.
Major radical surgery performed by Dr James K. Aikins after receiving 2nd & 3rd opinions from various doctors & major hospital physicians in Phila. NY & NJ areas. I felt very comfortable with Dr. Aikins' care, knowledge & expertise at a time when I and have been cancer free since 1996.

I'm not the easiest patient, and, despite chronic cyst problems and pelvic pain, I kept changing gynecologists, mostly because several doctors had told me I should have a hysterectomy. Had something of a cyst crisis last spring and found Dr. Rock who was able to fit me in. This led to having a hysterectomy over the summer, which I really regretted not having earlier. He was patient and listened to my concerns.
