About 11 years ago I had been to many physicians seeking help for terrible menstrual cramping and bleeding. After many dead ends, a doctor referred me to Dr. Eifrid. After listening to my symptoms he suggested that I might have a condition called Endometriosis. He confirmed this by doing my first laporoscopy (I've had 3 more since then). Dr. Eifrid takes the time to discuss any concerns I may have during my appointments. He is very patient, and will answer questions using language that the average patient can understand. He also discusses my options with me, instead of telling me what he would like for me to do. This is different than most doctors I have seen. To me, this is comforting because it is a way to include the patient in the treatment plan. Dr. Eifrid is also proactive by keeping up with pap exams, breast exams, and blood work if something seems out of the ordinary (faintness, fatigue, weight gain/loss, blood pressure issues). I highly recommend Dr. Eifrid as a specialist.

I have been a patient of Dr. Jonathan Baldwin for over 2 yrs. This physician is an extremely intelligent physician who genuinely cares about his patients. I am due to have a hysterectomy on Friday, and although he informed me that this surgery is extremely dangerous, I trust this doctor with my life.
I highly recommend this doctor to any woman who is looking for a OB/GYN he is the BEST!!!!

Excellent knowledge and bedside manor. As a nurse, I can be quite critical of docs. He always LISTENS and takes the time to answer questions. My best friend had to wait for him to induce her labor while he was attending to me (problems after a D&C). Jen and I still joke about that. Genuine in his caring for his patients. Has been very patient, genuine and sincere in dealing with both my hubby and myself during the pre-hysterectome stage. ALL of his patients adore him and would not go to another OB-GYN. He always has a smile on his face, but is serious when needbe. We, his patients, see him as a friend as he is our age and most of us have been going to him since "we didn't need Loreal". He has performed several procedure on me without much incident (the D&C complication was my own stupidity). I recently had Dr. Kjar perform my anchor breast lift and augmentation. I consulted with four plastic surgeons in the Salt Lake City area. I chose Dr. Kjar for many reasons. He has alot of experience doing breast procedures. He took the time to really explain all of the details of the surgery and what I should expect afterwards. He has the best staff. They are very helpful and friendly. The surgery went very well. I am overjoyed with my results. It has only been 3 weeks but my scars are hardly noticeable. I am sure they will be almost invisible in a few months. I highly recommend Dr. Kjar.

Dr. Duarte has been my Gynecologist for about 20 years. I trust him completely. About 14 years ago I started having severe cramping and was bleeding. Dr. Duarte tried several different things to stop the pain, etc. before finally recommending a hysterectomy. He didn't just rush into the surgery. He explained in detail (sometimes in more detail than I wanted to hear) to my husband and I every procedure he was trying. He tried to avoid having to do the hysterectomy but we finally had to face the fact it needed to be done.
Last year when it was time for my annual Pap he always asks about my general health, I was telling him about severe headaches I have been getting for years only they had been getting worse. I was having them on average every week and they would last for 4-5 days making me physically sick. After my original Ears Nose Throat specialist retired, I was struggling to find someone with whom I felt comfortable. Dr. Jorgensen was referred by my primary care physcian, but then also referred by a friend. Dr. Jorgensen proved to be exactly what I wanted in a specialist. He listens, answers your questions, eases your concerns, and coordinates and communicates with your other doctors to ensure a full team approach. I suffer from autoimmune disease that compromises my sinuses and causes chronic infection. I recently had surgery and feel that the experience could not have been better with any other doctor.

Dr Carpenter came to me by my family physicians reccomendation. He is an exceptional physician and a true patient advocate. I drove over 90 miles to see him and what he has done for me was definitely worth the drive. I had a fractured heel bone that required surgery and I am doing great even though it was a bad injury.
I was informed I was going to need an emergency c-section. After the operation, I was told my child had down syndrome... Dr. McClusky held my hand to tell me the news. She was very sweet and caring. I had a c-section....no pain. Excellent Doctor.

After years of "issues", finding Dr. Morgan via emergency...was a miracle. He worked quickly to resolve my issues and followed protocol so that when the decision was made to have surgery, my husband and I were comfortable and confident in his skills and knowledge.
I have seen numerous OB/GYN's in the past but Dr. Morgan is tops! He has a great comfortable office with a great staff that makes you feel comfortable and they return any calls immediately as well, Dr. Morgan.
I highly reccommend Dr. Morgan...I just wish I had him as my doctor sooner.

Dr. Gass is the best of doctors! He really takes the time to answer your questions and never makes you feel rushed. I feel he always puts his patients best interest first. His office is very clean and the staff are very sweet. I highly suggest him as a OB GYN.

Dr. Karpenko is absolutely the BEST doctor we have ever met!!!! Only she was able to get us pregnant, after 2 years of unsuccessful attempts. She is very friendly and she is always happy to help and answer any questions. We will definitely ask her help then we decide that we want a second baby!!! A+++!

I can very happily say that I have been a patient of Dr. Rachel Kurian since she moved to the DFW area. She delivered my second daughter 7 weeks ago via scheduled c-section. This pregnancy was high risk due to hypertension, previoius weight loss surgery, Epilepsy, depression and chronic back and hip pain. Dr. Kurian was very professional and through. She made sure that I was given the information needed to make an informed decision while not making me feel like she was "talking down to me" like many physicians have a habit of doing to patients. Dr. Kurian always took the time to listen and answer my questions and concerns. Having as many conditions as I do outside of her speciality, she did a lot of research and coordination of care in order to manage all aspects of my high risk pregnancy and delivery. I started seeing Dr. Mba in 2003. I had a severe medical problem which caused a lot of pain, for years. My previous doctor never really did anything other than monitor my condition and give me pain medicine.
Dr. Mba, not only treated me but through his blessed hands and heart, I no longer have pain and ended up with a miracle baby! He is truly God's gift to this earth. I love that he spends quality time and will answer any questions you may have.
He is a great doctor.
p.s. And I usually don't like nor trust doctors.

I suffered from severe endometriosis for over 20 years. Dr. Advincula was my surgeon for a hysterectomy (technically, total abdominal hysterectomy with bilateral salpingo-oophrectomy - TAH/BSO). He is the best! Not only is he a talented surgeon, he is a caring, compassionate, and patient doctor. Without Dr. Advincula and his colleagues who performed a particularly difficult surgery on me (5.5 hours), I am convinced I would have lost use not just of my bladder, but my colon as well. It was touch and go for awhile even for his team. I recommend Dr. Advincula and the staff at the University of Michigan Pelvic Pain and Endometriosis Clinics without reservation.

I have been a patient of Dr. Mata for years. She is the most professional individual I have ever met and believe me I have had my share of doctors. I see her annually for all of my gynecology needs and she is great. She and her entire staff are so friendly, it is incredible to have a doctor that is superb at what she does and yet treat you like you are a really good friend. I have recommended Dr. Mata to many of my friends and they all believe she is the best OB/Gyn doctor in Houston.
